2. Seating arrangement for all transfers are as per availability. It will be allotted by our tour manager.
3. The pickup/drop-off timing can be changed as per the tour schedule. It can also vary depending on your given location address and traffic conditions.
4. Some of the inclusions can be closed on specific days or weekends according to government norms.
5. As per the request for all tours private Private Transport can be organized.
6. Leaving your personal belongings such as wallets, Media equipment, or any other important items in our vehicles or tour sites is complete your duty. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
7. Without prior information, no strollers are allowed inside the vehicles so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
8. If you want to partake in any of the water activities children from 3 to 12 years will be considered as adults and will be charged according to the adult rate.
9. On Islamic events and National breaks, the tour will not serve alcohol and there will be no live entertainment.

11. No-show charges if the guest does not turn up on time for the pickup.
