Ain Dubai, often known as the Dubai Eye, is the world’s highest observation wheel. The monument, which began building in May 2015, will formally open to the public on October 21, 2020, during Expo 2020 and the UAE’s Year of the 50th. The observation wheel, which is located on Bluewaters Island, is the highest of its kind in the world, exceeding the High Roller in Las Vegas (167m) and the London Eye (135m). Opening Hours and Trip Duration
The World’s Largest Observation Wheel remains open from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. every day. Each spin of the wheel lasts about 38 minutes, and guests are recommended to arrive up to 60 minutes before their ticket time to prepare. The maximum capacity of a standard view cabin is 40 guests, however owing to COVID-19, this will be lowered to seven visitors per cabin or 10 from the same group.

Engineering Marvel
A city built on innovation and imagination, it seems like nothing is too big or ambitious for the architects behind Dubai’s buildings. The project was developed by Meeras and was built at an estimated cost of AED 1 billion ($270m). An engineering marvel, the incredible masterpiece is said to be made from more than 9,000 tonnes of steel, which is 25% more than the amount used to build the Eiffel Tower in Paris. Each spoke is longer than a full-scale football pitch and the central wheel rim weighs as much as 16 Airbus 380 aircrafts.
Ain Dubai Experience
The Ain Dubai can transport up to 1,400 passengers at a time and has 48 passenger cabins. In a completely air-conditioned chamber, a full rotation takes 48 minutes. The cabins come equipped with LED screens, offering travelers information about the incredible views ahead.
